Hello! I’m Redeemer Pace. Let's get to know each other, shall we?

Who I am?

Redeemer Pace, Experienced, trusted
Experienced, trusted
With over 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, specializing in Game Development, Web Development, Tech Consultancy, Architecture, and Marketing, I have developed a strong foundation in the tech industry. My journey began at the early age of 7 when I started programming as a hobby, which taught me valuable lessons through challenging experiences. What's next? I am passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and contributing to the tech community. I look forward to one day creating a successful startup, provided the right investment opportunities arise. Over the past year I've integrated AI as leverage across every layer of my architecture and engineering work, from parallel-agent research and codebase analysis to ADR-driven documentation of AI-assisted decisions across a 90+ person delivery organisation.
